This page contains all the shipping and delivery information you will need to Dropship with Puckator. There is a lot of information here, so before you read it all here are the top 5 questions and answers about our shipping service.

1. Where do we ship?

• We cover the UK, Northern Ireland, EC Countries and Rest of World locations. We have a temporary suspension on sending to the EU due to Brexit. Find out more information here .

2. How quickly do you dispatch my order?

• We aim to ship all orders within 48 working hours. We do not work weekends or bank holidays, but put extra staff on to cover the busy times. At busy times dispatch times may be longer. At these busier times, Christmas for example we ask that you ensure your customers are aware of any delays and prompt them to purchase early to avoid disappointment.

3. Do the postage prices include VAT?

• No, all our product and postage prices are ex vat. The VAT is calculated on the whole basket during checkout.

4. Can I track my order?

• It depends on the courier.  If we have sent on a tracked service then yes, we can provide you with a tracking number on request.  For the UK all shipments are sent with a tracked service, for the USA and ROW locations, only courier upgrade or priority upgrade are sent with a tracked service.
• Please contact Customer Services if you wish to check a tracking number.
  

5. How do I know when my order is dispatched?

• When you place an order you get an email confirmation, we also send one when your order goes down for packing. At the end of each day we ship all the orders dispatched that day, which automatically updates your order and sends you an email.
  
• Please note once your order has been dispatched, the status of your order will update to 'dispatched'. The status will not be updated after the order has left the warehouse.
  

Our shipping rates are based on the packed weight of each item, so it includes any packaging. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), but during busier periods of the year this may take a little longer.

Delivery Postage Bands

Every item on our site has a letter Delivery Code. This letter indicates the shipping price of each item, all you have to do is reference it against the charts below to see the shipping cost.The band relates to the packed weight of each product. (See the bottom of the page for the band weights.)

On a few fragile or bulky lighter items we have increased the postage band letter to cover sending the item with our courier, or so we can put more packaging around it. You may have to pay a slightly higher postage cost, but the item can be packaged with more padding and will get to your customer in one piece.

Priority & Courier Upgrades

The majority of our packages go with Royal Mail Second Class so cannot be tracked and are not a guaranteed service. However when your customer needs to track their order, or needs it as quickly as possible then we offer two postage upgrade services for you to use.

Priority Upgrade

Our Priority Upgrade means that we will dispatch your order as soon as we can and with the fastest service possible. The daily cutoff for Priority Orders is 12:00 noon, any order placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Priority Orders placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday will be treated as if placed on the next working day.

• The priority charge is in addition to the standard postage charges.
• Tracking numbers are available, please contact customer services for details.
• Delivery times are an estimate, it depends on exact location and time of year.
• Cut off for Priority Orders is 12:00 noon.

Courier Upgrade

Courier Upgrade gives you the option to upgrade small items from our Z - H postage bands, to be sent with a trackable service. The order goes in the tray as normal with all the other orders and when it comes to be dispatched it is sent with one of our trackable services. (Please note if you have selected our Priority Upgrade service your order will automatically be sent via courier so this fee is not applicable).

Important Courier Upgrade Shipping Information:

• The courier charge is in addition to other standard postage charges.
• Tracking numbers are available, please contact customer services for details.
• Courier upgrade is only available on postage bands Z - H. Bands J - M will automatically go with one of our trackable services due to their weight and size.
• The delivery time is an estimate and once the parcel leaves us it is in the hands of the couriers. If there are any problems with delivery please contact customer services.
• We are now using Royal Mail Tracked to send our courier upgrade smaller parcels to Non-EU Europe, USA and the Rest of World.

Multiple Items & Capped Shipping

Multiple discount only applies to items sent to the UK, Northern Ireland and USA and Canada shipping zones. Multiple discounts do not apply to the Australia or ROW zones, shipping will be charged at full price for each item.

Single items are charged at the single postage price, but when your customer orders multiple items you want to offer a discount on the postage. We have set up an automatic discount within our checkout when you order multiple items (only for UK, Northern Ireland, Europe B (Non-EU), USA and Canada shipping zones.)

Its a simple sum, it charges the highest band item at the full postage price, then all subsequent items are charged at 40% of the postage band price.

E.g. You want to order 3 items with postage bands A, Z & C. The checkout will charge the C band at full price, then band A & Z at 40%.

£2.99(C) + £0.80(Z) + £1.19(A) = £4.98 (ex vat)

Please note: All our prices including our postage prices are ex vat. Vat will be added on the whole basket at checkout. For the USA and Canada the multiple shipping calculation only works when K, L and M items are not included in the order. If there is a K, L or M item in your multiple item order all shipping prices will be charged at full cost as the item will have to go with our courier which is based on volume.

Capped Shipping

But what if you order 100 items, you don't want to pay 100 times the postage charge even if 99 of them are at 55%, that's where the capped shipping comes in. We have capped the standard shipping amount for each postage zone. (Priority & Courier Upgrade charges are on top of the capped postage price.)

Shipping Prices

Mainland UK and British Forces Postcodes (Excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Irelands)

The chart below shows the postage cost per postage band and the courier service used to send items within the UK Mainland and BFPO Postcodes.

Important UK Mainland Shipping Information:

• The courier charge is on top of other standard postage charges.
• We send Royal Mails items 2nd Class. We cannot track items sent with Royal Mail.
• Although Royal Mail 2nd Class has a standard delivery of 2 - 3 working days, we recommend you advise your customers to allow 10 working days before contacting you that it has not arrived. We also recommend you get your customer to check at their local sorting/post office to see if the parcel is waiting for them there.
• British Forces addresses must have the full title of the service person it is being sent to. They must have a registered BFPO number and must not contain a UK postcode as the delivery is made by the BFPO number alone whether it is going to the UK or an overseas base.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be quicker or slower than advised.

Weights & Bands

Important Information

• The weight includes the packaging of the item.
• Fragile or bulky items may be put in a higher bracket than their actual weight so that they can be sent with more packaging or with a courier service.
• For bands H and above the price of shipping may be based on volume as well as actual weight,.
