Welcome to our data feed and photos information page. Feeds allow you to access all the latest information from our Dropship product catalogue, including descriptions, prices and stock levels in seconds.
It's quick and easy to download and gives you instant access to our product details.
How do I access the feeds?
It's simple and easy to access our feed in just a few clicks.
- Sign up or sign into the site, this only takes a couple of seconds to complete.
- Once you are logged in, a link can be found in the menu on the left of the My Account screen – ‘Feeds’
- Follow the instructions on that screen to select the product data columns you need, choose the UK csv format, then choose the type of feed CSV/XML/JSON.
- Instructions for feed automation are also available on the Feeds page.
What information can I find in the feed?
Below is a list of information you can include in the feed, but the best way to see the information is to sign in and go to the feed section in your account.

What can I use the data feed information for?
There are many uses for our data feed.
- Viewing our products when you are not on the website.
- Checking prices.
- Checking product dimensions.
- Updating stock on websites and stock control systems.
- Viewing reorder dates.
- Live stock levels.
- Feeding product information to websites or marketplaces.
- Accessing descriptions and names.
How often is the feed data updated?
This file is generated on the fly from our database so it is always up to date at the moment you press the button, but of course once saved on your computer it isn't updated - you would need to download a new version each time you wanted to refresh your data.
The stock levels are updated throughout the day as we receive orders. We also do a main update at 6pm every evening from our accounts program.
Are all products in the data feed?
Yes, if they are active. That means if they have a current stock level, or a new delivery date. If the product is discontinued and out of stock, it will no longer be included in the feed.
Do you offer API integration?
Yes, once logged in you an access the feed information in the account section of the website. The feeds section contains instructions on how to access all of our feed data whether via download or API.
Do you offer support for integrating the feed to my website?
Unfortunately not, you will need to discuss this with your web developer or service provider. Most selling platforms such as eBay or Amazon will have support and guidance for uploading or integrating feed data, and most platforms like Shopify or Woocommerce offer integration via csv which is a universal format for managing data.
We offer comprehensive instructions on our feeds page and if the feed is not working correctly or missing data you can contact our customer service team.
When it comes to integrating our data with your website or marketplace, you need to speak with your service provider.
Can I use your product photos?
We get a lot of emails asking if our photos can be used on customers' websites, catalogues and selling platforms, the answer is yes, all of our product photos are available for use. The images are hi-res and in a jpeg format, another easy to use universal format. See the next section below for full details.
Product Images
Below you will find a collection of links to our current in stock and reordered products. These links do not contain any images for coming soon products as these images are taken from samples and we only add them when the products arrive into our warehouse.
We update these as new stock arrives.
Here are some tips on how to download these files.
- Follow the link to the dropbox folder for the correct product stock code - so for images of INC112 follow the I link.
- Once the page has loaded, you can scroll, search using the search feature in your browser, find the image and download as required.
