Do you offer delivery to Amazon Fulfilment through Dropship?

No, our Dropship service is tailored for business-to-consumer (B2C) deliveries, shipping directly to your customers.

Amazon Fulfilment requires specific packaging and labeling processes that our Dropship system doesn't support. However, we do offer delivery to Amazon Fulfilment through our wholesale platform. For more information, visit our Amazon Fulfilment page on our wholesale site.


How can I view your prices?

To access our pricing, simply register for our Dropship service—it's completely free. Registration unlocks opportunities to sell our products through various channels, including your website and platforms like eBay.

All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT, which will be calculated during the final step of the checkout process. You can review your entire order before confirmation.


Why do you display Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) on your products?

The RRP serves as a guideline for potential selling prices. However, you're free to set your own prices based on your business model. Our RRP is calculated by multiplying our base dropship price by a factor and rounding to the nearest 0.49 or 0.99. Adjusting your selling price will affect your potential profit margins, but it gives you guide.


How can I convert prices into Euros or USD?

To view prices in Euros, select the Euro or USD option from the currency dropdown menu located at the top right of the page when logged in.


Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. You can order as many or as few items as you like, allowing your customers the flexibility to purchase according to their needs.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. For detailed information, please refer to our delivery page.


How long will my customer have to wait for their delivery?

Delivery times vary based on the customer's location. For mainland UK, the average delivery time is 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Including order processing, the total time from placing an order to delivery is typically 4–7 working days. During peak periods like Christmas, delivery times may be longer due to increased demand.

What should I do about breakages or damaged items?

While we take great care in packaging, occasional breakages can occur during transit. If this happens, refer to our Order Enquiries & Returns Guidelines which contain guidance and contact details for our customer service team.


Are the products displayed on your website in stock?

Yes, if the product has a stock level.  We display both in stock, and coming soon items on our website.  Items wil a stock level are available now and will have the add to cart option.

Items that are due in soon, will have an estimated due date, but will not have the add to cart button.  You cannot pre-order from our dropship site, so please only advertise items that are currently in stock.

The delivery date shown on products is an estimated date, and once the stock arrives it goes through a quality control (QC) process in our warehouse, and will only be released to the site once this is done.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. To find out more, visit our Payment Options & VAT information page.


Is my payment secure?

Yes, our website and payment systems are 100% secure. We utilize trusted payment providers to ensure all transactions are protected and no payment data is stored or transacted directly on our site, it is done through secure external payment partners.


How will my order be packed?

Many of our gift items are individually boxed at the factory. For more fragile items, we enhance packaging with bubble wrap and paper to ensure safe delivery. This additional padding is reflected in the administrative charge on your products.


Why might I see the Puckator logo on the packaging?

We are the importer and manufacturer of all of the products we sell.  For product safety and importing rules, our packaging features our information including logos, branding, and our address.  

This information is required by law to be shown on our products, but this is small and is not done for marketing purposes. 

For the purposes of Dropship, we are your third party dispatch warehouse.


Can I print my invoices?

Yes, within your account section, you can view orders and print invoices. Please note that print layouts may vary depending on your internet browser settings.


Are you compliant for GPSR?
