Licensed Products

Puckator Dropship has been working with Licensed Brands such as Pusheen, Asterix and Wallace & Gromit for many years now, and is one of the many reasons to work with us.  These recognised designs are fully licensed and all your to expand your product offering, without the risk of purchased large volumes of stock, or having to store it.  Below is some frequently asked questions about Licensed Brands, and information that will help you to market them successfully to your customer base.

Are Branded Products Fully Licensed?

Yes, all our branded products are fully Licensed.

Can I Sell Your Licensed Products on Amazon & eBay?

Yes.  There are no restrictions on the marketplaces or platforms that you can sell our products on.

Can I Sell your Licensed Products Worldwide?

This depends on the license.  With each Licensed Brand that we partner with, our contract with them will allow us to either sell worldwide, or to selected locations and territories.

When you browse licensed products, you will find information in the product description about the locations it can be sold to.  If you sell an item to a delivery location that is not allowed within the contract, we will contact you when we receive the order.

It is important to check licensed products carefully before offering them for sale worldwide, to avoid disappointing customers.

What Should I use as the Brand on Amazon?

When listing any of our products on Amazon, always use our EAN to find the correct Puckator listing.  We do not sell directly on Amazon ourselves, however, to maximise our Branded listings on Amazon, not just our licensed products but also our own collections and designs, we have an in-house Amazon specialist, who creates our listings, and resolves any issues.

Puckator should always be used for the Brand and manufacturer when listing our products on Amazon.  If you encounter any issues with Amazon listings, please contact our customer service team with details of the ASIN and the problem, and we will pass to our Amazon specialist to resolve.

Why are some Licensed Products on Wholesale but not Dropship?

If the Licensed Brand has only offered us a small number of locations that we can sell to within our contract, then we do not offer those products on Dropship.

Can I Discount Licensed Products?

Yes, Licensed products can be discounted, or put on sale on platforms, as long as it doesn't devalue the Licensed Brand.

Can I use the Licensed Brand in my Listing name?

Yes.  The product name we have used on our website, will include the Licensed Brand name that you can use in your listing.

Do not add any additional associated brand names into the product name, as if they are not included in the name or description on our Dropship site, then they cannot be used.

An example of this is our partnership with the Licensed Brands such as The Original Stormtrooper.  This is licensed via Shepperton Studios, and is not associated with Disney or Star Wars, so these references must not be used in the product name or description.
